ZIG ZAG BEADED PURSE
This beautiful black beaded purse with woven lid begins with an oval slotted base pre-painted black and varnished. You will learn this unique zig zagging technique using natural and black segrass woven together at the same time. Add these gorgeous black, red and gold beads hanging from under the rim and a fancy black leather knot to latch lid closed along with a black braided leather strap 21" long. The lid is woven interlocking round reed and woven with black round reed and black seagrass. An impressive must have!

ZIG ZAG ELEGANCE
This is my third zig zagging basket using natural and dyed seagrass, working both at the same time, to create one of the most unique baskets you will ever weave. It begins with a rectangular slotted base and ends with a matchstick spoke tucked rim. Height is 7". The zig zagging is bordered by triple twining in pairs and the woven bow and "hand made with love" charm are a perfect accent to the elegance of this basket.

Using triple twining to begin, you will then learn this zig zag technique interlocking natural and dyed seagrass working both at the same time. This interlocked round reed oval base twirls natural and colored round reed and adds perpendicular round reed spokes all twined together to form the most unique beginning to our Oval Zig Zag. In additional to this base, you will learn twining, triple twining, the zig zag technique using natural and dyed seagrass working both at the same time, along with this sturdy braided rim with an outside anchor.

SMOKY MOUNTAIN
The unique combination of Smoked, Natural and Black reed in this basket along with the pre-made bow with floweret center embellishment make a striking statement. It was inspired by visiting with friends who overlook the Smoky Mountains and admiring their vast Indian woven basket collection. This basket begins with a 9" round slotted base. SMOKY RIDGES This basket was inspired by visiting with friends who overlook the Smoky Mountains and admiring their vast Indian woven basket collection. It begins with a 10" x 4" wooden slotted base and is a unique blend of Smoked, Natural and Black reed. Techniques in this basket are twining while striping the alternating natural and black spokes, cross-stitching using matching colors of waxed linen to reed and 4-Rod Wale. Also learn to weave the center rows of circular weaving and to braid the rim filler on top of a conventional laced rim. Shaping is stressed but not difficult.
